Thank you for shopping at HerbsHavan. We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays & Public holidays.

1. Shipping Locations

Currently, we are only shipping to addresses within Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri. We are working on expanding our delivery network and will update this policy as we grow.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

  • Bhubaneswar: 1-2 business days.
  • Cuttack: 2-3 business days.
  • Puri: 2-4 business days.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track the status of your order from the "My Orders" section of your account.

6. Damages

HerbsHavan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
